1 How would you rate your overall stay and our facilities and amenities?

TRIPADVISOR - Climber62750826483 - 14 Jan 2019 - - - Drama in December - - - The facility is amazing. Were booked into the holiday for 8 nights, we had 2 power failures and there is absolutely no plan B. If a group like this cannot have a plan B in place, they will not be around,,, literally 70% of the hotel left including me.. I left on the 5th January... 9 days later I'm still awaiting ANY communication from the hotel including a refund on accommodation...(https://tinyurl.com/y72vuxah)

2 How did our team look after you during your stay with us?

The Management is appalling. The Hotel Manager was just :missing" No communications to guests.. just left in the dark.. Literally.
