All of the staff were helpful, smartly dressed and Promise and Derrick certainly went the extra mile.

Hand towels and flannels not always available in the room The Television selection very poor.

5 How would you rate our food and beverages?

The breakfast was great with plenty of variation, and the Lunch and Dinner menus to cover most tastes.
