2 How did our team look after you during your stay with us?

The staff at dining room front desk were slow in attending to guests - looked like students on duty without a supervisor.

3 How would you rate our rooms? (if applicable)

Gardens in the rooms that are far from main hotel area well not well kept - weeds not pulled around the walking paths. The staircase just outside the guest rooms not swept during our entire stay - dusty with spider webs.

4 How would you rate our food and beverages?

Breakfast selection was satisfactory.
