1 How would you rate your overall experience?

TRIPADVISOR - laurelS1264DB - 23 Nov 2020 - - - Laurel King Umngazi experience - - - Excellent overall. Only snag is restricted meal times, and no room service for meals. Sometimes one wants to relax and sleep in a bit ater, but is forced to wake up for breakfast by 7. Other hotels extend breakfast till 10 or 11 even, for more flexibility. Same goes for lunch and dinner. Sometimes a person feels like staying in, and having room service for dinner, but not available. (https://tinyurl.com/yxuustbo)

Dear Laurel Thank you for taking the time to post a review of Umngazi. We are sorry to hear that your were disappointed to not have room service available. We are a fully inclusive resort and do not anywhere communicate that we offer the service. It is unfortunately not something that we can do. Our breakfast is from 7-9 in the mornings and we extend it until 9:30 where necessary. We are very flexible and by no means will we chase a guest away should they arrive late. The same goes for lunch and dinner. With COVID, we have even implemented 2 dining times for dinner, one @ 19:00 and one @ 20:00 in order to ensure that our dining room is not full. This allows guests do dine at times suitable to their needs. Thank you for awarding us with a 5 star rating and we look forward to welcoming you back to Umngazi soon. With warm Pondo greetings.
