Thank you for both your positive and constructive feedback following your stay at Umngazi. We are so pleased that everything else was wonderful and that you enjoyed your time spent with us. We do have a dedicated public area cleaner during the day and evening and cleanliness is a priority in all areas. It is unacceptable that this was not the case during your stay and it has been seriously addressed. We apologise and thank you that besides this you still recommend Umngazi as a wonderful destination. We look forward to welcoming you back to our piece of paradise on the Wild Coast.
