1 How would you rate your overall experience?

TRIPADVISOR - quintins2017 - 9 Jan 2020 - - - Worth the Wait - - - We have been on the wait list for a December holiday for about 4 years. This year we received a call advising they had a cancellation and would we like to take up the accommodation. OF COURSE YES!!! And it has been worth the wait. From the moment we arrived, I parked the car and never looked at it again until it was time to leave. Our star at Umngazi lived up to our expectations and more. The relaxed atmosphere and the engagement from the staff to both adult and child alike was amazing. And speak of amazing, the food was exactly the same. Couple of inches added to the waistline :-) We are certainly looking forward to making some memories with our new Umngazi family. Thank you and we are already counting down the days.
