We apologise if you felt that our staff were surly. The majority of our reviews speak very highly of them and how friendly they are - I am sorry that you did not experience the same during your stay. Our rates are inclusive of breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as morning and afternoon tea and our food offering is our cherry on the top. I am sorry that you found this moderate. We appreciate your feedback and I will be sure to communicate to our entire team. The power outage and wifi is unfortunately beyond our control - we always contact the relevant providers as soon as we can, but due to our remote location, it does take time until they are able to assist. The road leading to Umngazi has been graded twice last year and will be graded again soon. Unfortunately this is also out of our hands and we rely on our local municipality to assist with this process.
