1 How would you rate your overall experience?

TRIPADVISOR - YusufTimol123 - 4 Feb 2020 - - - Fantastic Stay @ Umngazi - - - Food and spa are world class and views breathtaking. My only was the maintenance/construction that was taking place directly next door to our. Seeing workers walking up and down, wheelbarrows etc was not something i wanted to see while on holiday. I feel that i should have been notified about this. Nevertheless we were given two massage vouchers for this inconvenience which we were grateful for. Other than this, Umngazi is a an amazing luxury family destination. (http://bit.ly/31pYrAT)

Dear Yusuf. We are delighted that you enjoyed your stay with us at Umngazi and that you label us a world class, breathtaking, amazing, luxury, family destination . It was lovely to welcome you and your family. We do apologise for not communicating our thatch maintenance to you prior to your visit but are pleased that you acknowledged that they are very respectful of our guests' space and that it had minimal impact on your stay. We unfortunately do need to carry out scheduled thatch and other maintenance during our quieter months to maintain the standard of our hotel that guests are accustomed to. We do however ensure this it is done in such a manner that it does not impact on our guests holiday. We hope to welcome you back again over the years. Friendly greetings from the Umngazi family.
