1 How would you rate your overall experience?

BOOKING.COM - Ernst - 8 Mar 2020 - - - Nice facility, but with very bad access and relatively expensive. The food was good. The location at the estuary is good. The garden design throughout the property has succeeded very well. You have the feeling of living in the well-kept jungle. Disliked: The driveway to the complex is an impertinence. Dear Ernst. We appreciate your full house review of what a stay at Umngazi meant to you and are thrilled that you enjoyed it so. Unfortunately the access road is a public road however we and our community leaders have spent valuable time communicating with the local authorities requesting it receive urgent attention. In the meantime we do use our own equipment at our cost to fill the potholes. This is not a sustainable solution especially in the rainy season so we continue the process of requesting the road be repaired through the correct channels. Driven slowly, it will not pose any harm or discomfort to road users but we understand your frustration as it does take time and all you want to do is get to your destination. We wish you well and do hope to welcome you back at our piece of paradise on the real Wild Coast. Umngazi blessings from the team.
