1 How would you rate your overall experience?

TRIPADVISOR - Helene S - 9 Nov 2020 - - - Best place to stay! - - - We had a very pleasant stay at Umngazi Hotel & Spa. Always wanted to do this, and it did meet our expectations over an above.The food was out of this world, the staff super helpful, friendly and well trained. The bungalows were clean and interesting. We had no fridge (like our friends) but did not need it at that stage. I personally like very dark curtains. And of course the road was horrendous, but that is not in your hands I suppose. Dear Helene We are so happy to hear that your stay at Umngazi went over and above your expectations. Thank you for all your wonderful comments about the food, staff and bungalows. We do not have fridges available in our bungalows - however, we do have a fridge available in our kids dining room where parents keep food and medicine for their children. We agree, the last 12 kilometres of road to Umngazi is extremely bad - we keep on knocking on the relevant doors and trust that we will have a graded road very soon.
