1 How would you rate your overall experience?

TRIPADVISOR - stephen535 - 16 Feb 2021 - - - Umngazi Hotel and Spa - - - An excellent venue with scenery that is absolutely stunning. Was there for 2 nights. The perfect break for young families, with many activities available. At the same time, also a sanctuary if you wish to do very little and just take a break. One slight negative is the road access from the R61, which is in desperate need of an upgrade / maintenance. (https://tinyurl.com/y2el63pd)

Dear Stephen. Thank you for your excellent, stunning review of your Umngazi experience. We are most pleased that you enjoyed your time spent with us and everything we offer. We are trying everything within our power to get the department of public works to carry out repairs to the ten km public road that leads to us. They do grade it but the rainy season has a negative impact opening the potholes. We will continue in our endeavors, until it is done. Outside of the rainy season we take it on ourselves to fill the potholes but this is a futile exercise in the rainy season. Looking forward to welcoming you back at our piece of paradise on the Wild Coast. Pondo blessings from us all.
