1 How would you rate your overall experience?

TRIPADVISOR - Nesles2016 - 25 Feb 2021 - - - 5 day break - - - We stayed in stunning room 49C it was very private and beautiful views of the river and sea. The staff are all friendly and the food is really. We travelled from Scottburgh and unfortunately the rood became very bad from just before Flagstaff the pot holes are horrendous the road does improve a bit before you tun off to Umngazi but the those 12 kilometres to the hotel is very bad. So if you have back problems like I have give it some thought before you undertake the trip. I must say once you there it so laid back that you can just relax and enjoy. Dear Les and Venessa We loved having you with us and fully agree that our Emlonyeni Suites are just spectacular. Situated right on our river mouth with beautiful views of the Indian Ocean, the use of the Emlonyeni lounge with the peace and quiet that these suites offer, makes them magnificent. Umngazi will not be the special place that it is without our staff - their beautiful Pondo nature and smiles are what makes them so amazing. I am so sorry that your travel to Umngazi was not to your liking. We are always communicating with our local municipality regarding the road leading to Umngazi and we trust that our persistent communication will reap rewards very soon. We also offer a fly in option from Virginia airport. Our reservations department will be able to provide all the info regarding this flight.
