Dear Pumlani We are happy to hear that you enjoyed our breakfast offering and the quietness that Umngazi offers. We are in a very remote location with the most spectacular views and believe that tv's in the bungalows will detract from the experience of peace and quiet that Umngazi is so well known for. I am sorry you feel that our pillows need to be softer - we have recently replaced our pillows in all of our bungalows to ensure that all needs are catered for. Each bungalow now provides 2 softer and 2 harder pillows. Feather pillows are also available upon request. We appreciate your recommendation on African food - our menu's change every night and it is unfortunate that you could not experience all we have to offer. We hope to welcome you back to Umngazi soon. With warm Pondo greetings from the team.
