TRIPADVISOR - Wander21748 - 15 Mar 2021 - - - Edwards Family - - - We loved our holiday at Umngazi - a very special time was had by all of us. At times I didn't think the service at meal times was that fantastic - certainly not bad but at times a little slow to react - possibly some fine tuning only. Poolside service was erratic.
