TRIPADVISOR - CCHeunis - 22 Mar 2021 - - - A Gem - - - Umngazi really is a gem. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left we felt as if we were in a small piece of heaven. The food was divine. The head chef created his own New York Style Cheesecake....it is a must. The best croissants in the whole of South Africa topped of with beautiful wine collections. Terry our barman at the Emlonyeni Pool made the best Pina Coladas my wife tasted in a long while. She still misses it. The guided walks to the blow hole and bird walk in the forest witjh Freedom and Albert enriched our stay. The rooms itself contained everything you wanted and the couples spa session were a real treat. Every morning we woke to Nguni cows walking to the beach. Umngazi basically blew our minds.
