TRIPADVISOR - AndrewP5412 - 14 Apr 2021 - - - Wild Coast Wonder - - - We had a wonderful Easter weekend at Umngazi and also celebrated our wedding anniversary. We were blessed with great weather. It is still a really beautiful and restful place. Every time I have been back, there is something new which enhances the experience. The food was excellent - just can't carry on eating so much though!! Staff were very friendly. all in all a great place to spend a holiday - once one has navigated the roads! Dear Andrew Thank you very much for taking the time to review your wonderful Easter weekend at Umngazi. We are so happy to know that you still find Umngazi beautiful and restful. The last 12km to the resort is currently horrendous, but we are happy to announce that Public Works have started working on the road. It will be a long process but definitely worth it in the end. Thank you for making special mention of our friendly staff and excellent food. Our kitchen team definitely ensures that guests don't go hungry and you will leave here 1kg or more heavier.
