TRIPADVISOR - Chrisvivgreene - 23 April 2021 - - - Amazing tranquility - - - Our was experience was better than everyone said it would be and that was after arriving with high expectations. A negative is that the games manager needs more training. She allowed big kids to play against little kids at dodgeball, lots of tears and poor supervision. (https://tinyurl.com/yxuustbo)

It really is a very tranquil place to enjoy a well earned holiday. Our children's entertainment team are passionate about what they do and keep the kids busy throughout their stay. Thank you for your constructive feedback about the dodgeball, they will certainly learn from that experience where on occasion older kids can become a bit more competitive. As you so rightly put it, it is our responsibility to manage that carefully. It is certainly our intention that the children have loads of fun and an unforgettable time with us. Witnessing the laughter and energy in the playground and around the hotel pleases parents and staff alike. We look forward to welcoming you all back again sometime soon.
