BOOKING.COM - Ronel - 8 Jun 2021 - - - LIKED: The location was perfect and the meals were excellent. Very relaxing and the fires in the lounges in the evenings were really cosy. DISLIKED: The access road is extremely hazardous. The rate we were charged on our invoice upon departure was more than the price confirmed with booking.com. Dear Ronel Thank you very much for taking the time to inform us of your likes and dislikes of your stay at Umngazi. The fires in the lounges are definitely a huge asset in the chilly winter months and the perfect way to relax at night. We are so happy to announce that Public Works is busy working on the access road and shortly it will be brand new. This will make the last 10km to Umngazi so much faster and safer. I sincerely apologise for the rate discrepancy with your booking and happy to hear that this was resolved amicably by reception. We hope to welcome you back to us in the near future.
