TRIP ADVISOR - SBFamilyHoliday - 15 Nov 2021 - Family holiday - - - "What a beautiful location. Wonderful beach for kids, it stays shallow for a long time. The rooms are very comfortable and Beautiful. We stayed in a Seaview, and what a view. The service was average. We sat at the same table everyday, and yet they never had it set up for us, even after asking. When the managers does their rounds suddenly things start happening, but maybe they should be there more often during the week, and not just over weekends when its more booked. I would suggest that you give a option during the week, that for a fee you can order food from a menu. However over the weekend the food was fantastic. The kids entertainment and facilities are fantastic. As I said before the rooms were amazing. The only thing was the towels. By day three, they took our towels presumably to replace them with fresh ones as nothing dries easily, BUT NEVER DID. Overall it was a great stay, we had fantastic weather and spend most of our time on the amazing beaches. The location is breath taking!" (https://tinyurl.com/2kuw8bxt).

We also appreciate your constructive feedback and have looked into it to ensure our guests expectations are met on every level. Tables are always set in our dining room and for hygienic reasons, depending on the weather, we prefer to keep cutlery on the ready for guests when dining outside on our beautiful deck overlooking the pool and estuary. Your point is certainly noted as no guest should ever wait for cutlery once seated. We apologise for the slip regarding your fresh clean towel replacement that the duty manager dealt with immediately at the time. We sincerely hope it didn't compromise you in any way. Umngazi always has a manager on duty as well as senior management every evening no matter what day of the week. We hope to welcome you back again. Wild Coast greetings from the Umngazi team.
