TRIP ADVISOR - Lindsay K - 30 November 2021 - - - Even more wonderful than I remembered - - - We used to go Umngazi when I was a child and it was LOVELY. I've now gone with my own family and it is just as wonderful, if not better. The facilities are stunning, the staff is friendly, the nannies are reliable and gentle with your children. The food is outstanding. We actually can't wait to go back there. We were on a friends trip with 4 other families, and it was great to be able to grab a cappuccino at the bar at 06.30am and go and play on the jungle gyms with the other littles. There are enough chill areas for those without kids to be able to relax and enjoy their time their too. My only issue was with the reservations - we went back and forth when booking and when we arrived, there was still confusion. This is something that Umngazi could fix easily."
