1 How would you rate your overall experience?

TRIP ADVISOR -Catseye881 - 29 Jan 2022 - - - January Umngazi getaway - - -We cannot fault any aspect of our stay, however, the one "sore" spot was the lovely little dog who we came to understand, on our second day, was an unwelcome stray. As an animal lover it broke my heart to see her "politely" asking to be fed and loved. Sadly I was on edge for the last two days of our stay, and I am still very concerned for her well being.

Dear Guest Thank you for highly rating your stay with us. As much as we all love animals, it is sadly not feasible for us to be a sanctuary for stray dogs in an area where there is a real concern. There is a wonderful Non Profit called "TAWI" who does the most amazing work in the surrounding communities by assisting with the neutering and spaying of dogs as well as offering assistance with vaccinations and providing medical care where needed. We understand and appreciate your concern. We hope to welcome you and your family back to Umngazi soon. Sending warm Pondo greetings from the team.
