TRIP ADVISOR -viviennesilverglobe - 20 April 2022 - - - Anniversary stay - - - " Had a wonderful anniversary stay for 6 nights. My only criticism is that children shouldn’t been allowed in the dining room and bar area after 7pm. The children during our stay at Umngazi were rude & unruly. Pity"

Umngazi is a family resort and we welcome children. We do offer children's entertainment to keep them busy but ultimately we cannot discipline other peoples children, that is up to the parents. Should any child or guest become unruly, management will step in and deal with the situation professionally. We hope to welcome you back and wish you well until then.
