TRIP ADVISOR - catherinenG7036DC - 15 May 2022 - - - Amazing stay at Umngazi Hotel and Spa - - - "First-timers from Cape Town. We were blown away by the kid-friendliness of the place- from kids meals to activities and play areas. Amazing nannies at very affordable prices. The rooms were lovely, clean and spacious. The food was 5 star and were constantly full because there is so much deliciousness. We travelled in May and the weather was beautiful- sunny skies all day. The spa was amazing and a wonderful relax knowing that the kids were happy and having fun. We're already looking at dates to visit again and highly recommend. If you're traveling from CPT, I recommend flying to East London and hiring a shuttle (Lyons tours) from the airport to Umngazi. The drivers know the roads well. The road from Durban is not great (pot holes, not many stops."
