1 How would you rate your overall experience?

FACEBOOK - Sandra Nel - 22 June 2022 - - - "Umngazi is really beautiful and I have always enjoyed going there back there. A bit dissapointed this past weekend. Booked a Spa Bath 2 months in advance and followed up twice- beforehand only to get there to be told it was overused so we cant use it. Checked ahead for dinner time and was told 7 only to get there and be told it is at 8 because 7 is overbooked. No service in the diningroom (drinks or clearing table) and buffet packed away before we finished eating."
