1 How would you rate your overall experience?

GOOGLE - Richard holdsworth - 17 Aug 2022 - - - "Booked rooms with WiFi and didn't get them. Norovirus was rife and was only told is when we got it. 32 hours of being in bed. They should of cancelled our trip to deal with it. Couldn't even call reception for help as there isn't a telephone in the room. Shocking"

Dear Richard. We are so very sorry that you didn't feel well while you were with us at Umngazi. Sadly, a number of our guests contracted a virus over the weekend you were with us. We had a full hotel the following week for Imana and have been busy since, thankfully with no issues. Regular hand washing is the only way to prevent cross infection especially in a busy environment, no matter where one is. We can't be cancelling guests trips due to something that is beyond our control. Due to the layout of our hotel, we offer complimentary high speed wifi in our public areas only. When the technology is available, we agree it a priority to offer wifi in all areas of the hotel. Wishing you friendly Pondo greetings from the Umngazi team.
