We are thrilled to hear that you found your stay to be value for your money especially the overall service and hospitality. Thank you for your recommendation with regards to heaters and electrical blankets. Umngazi is extremely hot and humid throughout the year but it's only the 3 winter months that it gets a bit colder and this year was extremely cold. We do not have telephones in our bungalows - our guests can contact reception via cellphone. We look forward to welcoming you back with us and send warm Pondo greetings to you.
