1 How would you rate your overall experience?

TRIP ADVISOR - Mvumvu28 - 10 October 2022 - - - We were there to evaluate the place - - - " we were just there to see the place so that me and my husband we can decide if we are bringing the whole family or not The thing that we didn't like the most was after hours reception and there was no time Frame if you need an iron we were told that housekeeping is closed and there was going to be a Loadshedding we had to leave before breakfast because we were rushing to find a place with Electricity or a backup as we going to work on that Monday {Since they knew Loadshedding times I thought they will maybe make some arrangement} "

Umngazi Hotel And Spa

Dear Mvumvu. We hope your stay at Umngazi offered a lot more pleasure than not receiving an iron late at night, for which we do apologise. Being a family holiday destination, our friendly reception ladies inform guests on arrival, and it is printed in information brochures, that reception is open daily from 06h30 until 20h00. During these times guests are welcome to request an iron. For future guests benefit, Umngazi has standby generators that automatically change over to provide electricity to the entire hotel during unfortunate times of loadshedding. We do hope that you understand as we would very much like to welcome you and your family back to Umngazi to experience our product for what we are renowned for and that is a wonderful holiday in paradise for the entire family.
