It is awesome to hear that your family holiday with us was so wonderful. Thank you very much for taking the time to give future guests with children a small taste of this piece of paradise. Our nannies are not employed by Umngazi, but one of our community projects. They only work when guests request a nanny at a minimal hourly rate. We see year on year how children return with their parents, making use of the same nanny. It is so beautiful and so special.
Thank you for also making special mention of the food, the spa and the rooms. Each and every staff member goes out of their way to ensure every guest enjoys a memorable stay with us. We are really blessed to be able to work with people from such a warm and hospitable culture. And it shines through in their service to our guests.
