1 How would you rate your overall experience?

BOOKING.COM - Helgaard - 22 May 2023 - - - Great resort to relax or enjoy lots of activities if you want. Awesome spa and all inclusive meals - - - " :) Great food and activities! Boat rides to the beach were always available. Drinks and spa prices were very reasonable. Spa treatments were very professional and good. :( - Dirty car when we left. Should at least rinse and remove leaves or offer a wash service. Although staff (man) were at the unit when we left did not even offer to help us carry bags to the car."

Dear Helgaard We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed your stay with us. Thank you for noting the boat rides as well as our reasonable prices to future guests. It's also fantastic to know that you enjoyed your spa treatments. We do not rinse guests cars as a normal service, but our Gillies are always available to wash cars at a fee. Our reception ladies are able to assist with arranging this and I am sorry that you missed this note in our brochure. We always have a Porter on duty that assists with luggage from the room to the parking area upon a guest's request.
