TRIP ADVISOR - Richard Andrew - 23 July 2023 - - - Perfect Nature getaway - - - "We spent 3 amazing days at Umgazi and I would highly recommend it! There is a lot to do, including hiking, trail running and canoeing. For those with kids there are activities every day giving parents a break. Those without kids will appreciate that the dining room and bar are children-free. The food was incredible with brilliant vegetarian and healthy options. The staff were professional and friendly. A massage at the spa is a must! It was the perfect place for a family holiday and we will definitely return."

Umngazi is a family friendly resort and we do allow children in the dining room under supervision of their parents. School holiday periods are normally a hive of activity but our out of season periods offer peace and quiet. We also have a kiddies dining room that caters to the little ones at earlier times. You surely leave the cares of the world behind when driving through the gate and filling your stomach with delicious snacks and meals leaves you fulfilled. We have the most incredible team from back to front areas and they make Umngazi incredibly special.
