1 How would you rate your overall experience?

GOOGLE - Lucile Godwin - 14 August 2023 - - - "Had a lovely stay, the staff are very welcoming and friendly. The rooms are beautiful but very cold. We did have a fireplace but the room was still very cold and we battled with the wood. Melissa went out of her way to help though. Found the chef Khotso extremely efficient and helpful with dietary requirements. Overall we had a lovely stay just a pity about the weather"

We appreciate you complementing our staff making special mention of Khotso and Melissa who always go the extra mile to ensure that our guests have the best experience with us. Umngazi's weather is in a temperate region which is warm and balmy in winter, it very seldom gets cold. The week you stayed with us was unprecedented country wide and we weren't spared. We appreciate and value your feedback as it assists us in ensuring we are always striving to meet our guests' expectations. We'll certainly make a note and see how best we can deal with it.
