TRIPADVISOR - 17th March 2024 - debbiebathray - "Umngazi Hotel Absolutely breathtaking views and amazing facilities. Breakfast and lunch were great but some dinners a bit overcooked. Long walks to the rooms and spa. Having a golf cart could be a great investment. We had a lot of fun overall."

Dear Debbie We are really grateful for your feedback. Thank you for taking the time to provide future guests with a picture of the beauty of Umngazi. We sincerely apologise if your dinners were overcooked and not up to standard. Our kitchen team will be grateful for your feedback as this will assist them to only keep on improving. Umngazi is built on a hill with the bungalows spread out all over. We do have bungalows available that are closer to the main dining room area with a beautiful view of the gardens. Our suites and seaview bungalows are further away to allow for the magnificent views. We hope that we will welcome you back in the near future. With warm Pondo greetings from the team.
