CRG CONSULTING (PTY) LTD offers consulting services, based on a monthly retainer on the following service lines:

- EMPLOYMENT EQUITY
• Assignment of EE Manager
• Communication & Awareness around the implementation of EE
• Constitution of EE Committee
• Provide input for the in-house facilitation of quarterly EE committee meetings.
• EE Analysis & Planning
• EE Reporting
• Monitor, evaluate, and review quarterly.
• Assist with the compilation of required data for a DoE&L DG Review should the company be subject to an audit.

- SKILLS DEVELOPMENT FACILIATION
• Submit an annual Mandatory Grant Application to the relevant SETA & gather records on a quarterly basis.
OPTIONAL
• Submit an annual Discretionary Grant Application to the relevant SETA.
• Advise on available training interventions.

- BROAD-BASED BLACK ECONOMIC EMPOWERMENT
• Consulting on targets to be achieved within the measured financial period.
• 2x Strategy Meetings with key staff to identify & address shortfalls. Present a report explaining the criteria, targets and point allocations of the five pillars of the relevant BEE Scorecard.
• Workshop this report with relevant management and develop the organization’s BEE strategy and an agreed Action Plan for the current financial year.
• Prepare the B-BBEE file for annual verification audits.
• Aid the organization in collating the relevant information for the BEE verification on an ongoing basis and ensure the BEE file contains all information necessary for the BEE rating.
