Course Description: Using the DISC theory to help managers identify the strengths of individuals in their team. Managing people is not a blanket approach. Tap into the strengths of people and what motivates them to achieve levels of optimization.
Course Contents: Half day workshop
Course Outcomes: High level overview of the DISC theory, learn the different dimensions and what they mean, identify the team players in your team and start consolidating the relationship between the two of you.
