TRIPADVISOR - Derek - 4 Nov 2019 - - - Recent 2 night stay at Umgazi - - - We really enjoyed our stay. I nice pamper. Exquisite setting and lovely food. Definitely in our plans for a longer stay in the future. Service was overall great, except for the reception not alerting us regarding the timeous booking for the sunset cruise at the time of booking in on our arrival. As a result when we did enquire we were informed that the cruise was fully booked. (http://bit.ly/2NgTmW6)

Dear Derek Thank you for your great review of our stay at Umngazi. We are very pleased that you enjoyed your pamper time with us and appreciate your compliments of our cuisine offering. The sunset cruise is a very popular and amazing experience which our valued guests thoroughly enjoy. All our activities are advertised on the interpretive screen and booked at reception. We are most disappointed that you missed the sunset cruise. Our reception ladies do brief guests on arrival and we have asked them to ensure guests are aware that the cruise has a limit to the number of guests who can embark. We look forward to welcoming you back on your return and are thrilled that you would like to spend longer with us on the real Wild Coat. Umngazi greetings from the team.
