Established in 2024, 226 Holdings is set out to provide consulting services in areas of the founders’ expertise.
Founded by professionals, Philemon Nkosi and Clifford Zungu, with a commitment to support business growth through unlocking people potential and improving business processes.
Over the years, the founders have sought varied experiences to continually learn and grow in their respective professional disciplines; this has stood them well to establish the company through which to add value to many organisations and individuals in the future.
Clifford Zungu is a seasoned HR professional with over 3 decades of HR and leadership experience across five market-driven sectors. He has served as a director for a number of listed and non-listed companies. In 2014 he established a coaching and training practice focusing on Executive coaching and developing business leaders for small, medium and micro enterprises.
Philemon Nkosi is an experienced leader in the manufacturing sector having led significant operational units as General Manager. He has taken deliberate action to equip himself in his passion of personal finance. He has completed a Financial coaching programme and recently completed Financial Services Conduct Authority’s (FSCA) sanctioned Regulatory Examinations (RE1 and RE5). Phil is set up to support individuals and organisations to improve financial literacy via personal financial coaching and conducting group sessions on the topic. Phil has Chemical Engineering and MBA qualifications. He has served as a Director on the Company Board of Directors and also served as Retirement Fund Trustee on the Board of Trustees for a number of years.
