'PC Management Services (PCMS) was blessed to come across the intern program through the Success Company. Last year we found a gem, Intern A, for Amazing (We shall call her) Intern A joined us as a shy young lady, who whispered in the phone when answering, and wouldn’t say too much to anyone, I watched her blossom, with the help from the success company seminars and intern workshops, and the support from the wonderful team of ladies at PCMS into this incredible asset. She has thrived in the accounting environment, and has grown fiercely in confidence and experience, she loves to learn and grow and does everything with such care and enthusiasm, at the end of the 12-month internship it was impossible for me to let her go, she had become such an important piece in our PCMS puzzle. She had grown in her role, and now filling the role of junior bookkeeper. It was such a success, I was excited to start again, and we had Intern B, for Beautiful, join us recently. Although we are still in the early days of Intern B being with us, she has already brought so much colour and personality to the office, I am excited to see how she grows with us' Chantel
